Clean Feet Pet Clean Up uses a non-biased third party, Paypal, for electronic payments. This enables us to offer the highest level of security. If you don’t have a Paypal account then let us know. We can setup a payment plan or send an electronic invoice.
Pre-payment is required for all services and billing is on a monthly basis. Monthly charges are recurring and invoiced through Paypal. Recurring payments will be invoiced the same day of the initial payment every month. If the client does NOT have a Paypal account, an electronic invoice will be e-mailed, unless other arrangements are negotiated.
One time or emergency cleanings are NOT a recurring charge. If payment is rejected, returned or considered late; Clean Feet Pet Clean Up may impose a late fee, withhold service, or cancel service. Clients will not receive discounts or be refunded for any service day missed due to late or nonpayment. In the event of default the CLIENT agrees to reimburse Clean Feet Pet Clean Up all administrative costs, collection costs, attorney fees, recording fees and/or court costs. CLIENT agrees to pay a $35.00 fee for each check returned from the bank for any and all reasons.
